CNG pressure regulating and metering station to decrease the high pressure compressed natural gas into normal pressure gas, usually inlet gas pressure is 200Bar, 250Bar, and outlet gas pressure is 4-7Bar.
1000NM3/H flow capacity pressure regulator with double lines, one working, one standby structure. We select most reliable quality brand regulator like FISHER, KIMARY or equivalent brand, best quality flow meter like E+H, ITRON brand, etc.
1000NM3/H CNG PRU gas heating can select both electrical heating or gas boiler heating method. Electrical heater with more compact structure, easier for installation, maintenance; boiler can output stable heat energy, gas consumption lower to 7Nm³/hr.
High pressure pipeline use complete stainless steel made, 100% x-ray welding line testing before 1st stage regulator.
Gas heating before filter and 1st stage pressure regulator, avoid pipeline frozen, protect the key components. PLC control panel and Scanda system available, user can remote monitor gas flow, pressure, temp parameters online anytime.
